Terms of Service

Terms for Taqrio accounts, NFC/QR cards and fixed-link services

Version:

1. Operator and agreement

These terms govern the Taqrio service provided by 宜都市飘昆商贸有限公司. Our contact address for service questions, notices and complaints is contact@taqrio.cn. By creating a Taqrio account, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy presented during registration. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

If you act for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and manage the accounts and cards concerned. A separately agreed written order or service agreement governs its specific price, term, deliverables and support commitments; mandatory legal rights always apply.

2. What the service provides

Taqrio provides business accounts and tools to manage NFC/QR cards, fixed public links and configurable destination URLs. Scanning or tapping a configured card can redirect a visitor to the current destination, subject to the card's state, the applicable service entitlement and technical availability.

A fixed card address is a routing identifier, not a promise of perpetual hosting, uninterrupted access or ownership of a destination website. Service features and limits are those made available to your account and agreed with you. Third-party websites, network access and device compatibility remain subject to their respective providers.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must be an adult under the law that applies to you, provide accurate registration and business details, verify the required contact methods, and have authority over the cards and destinations you manage. Keep those details current. You are responsible for authorized activity through your account and must report suspected compromise promptly.

Keep passwords, email verification codes, recovery codes and card claim materials confidential. Use a unique Taqrio password and the security controls offered by the service. Administrators must meet the additional authentication requirements shown for protected functions. Do not share or transfer an account or claim another business's cards without authorization.

4. Optional third-party login

Where offered, you may use TikTok or another supported provider to sign in or link an account. You must comply with that provider's terms and grant the permissions required for the chosen connection. Provider access or availability can change, and authorizing a connection does not guarantee Taqrio account activation or merchant eligibility.

TikTok Login Kit is used to identify and authenticate the linked TikTok account using the basic account identifier, display name and avatar; it does not authorize Taqrio to publish videos or read private messages. You must separately provide and verify the email address required for your Taqrio account. The Privacy Policy describes the information and tokens involved.

You can disconnect a provider through the available account settings, subject to keeping another usable sign-in method. Provider-side permission revocation is managed with the provider. Taqrio is an independent service; use of a provider's login does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a partnership with that provider.

5. Cards, destinations and your content

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety and availability of your submitted information and destination websites, and for having the necessary rights and permissions. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use cards for deceptive redirects, impersonation, phishing, malware, unlawful content or unauthorized collection of personal information.

Public fixed links and destination pages can be opened by people who receive them. Protect private card claim materials and administrative links. Confirm a destination before saving it: an authorized change can affect subsequent scans of every physical copy of the same fixed link.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant the operator the limited rights needed to store, reproduce, transmit and display it to provide, secure and support the requested service. This does not transfer your intellectual property or give the operator a general right to use your content for advertising. You are responsible for your own notices and permissions when your destination collects visitors' information.

6. Fees, entitlements and orders

Any charges, service period, card quantities, delivery, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are those disclosed in your actual order or separately agreed service terms. TikTok authorization or linking a sign-in method alone does not create a paid order.

Account access and card management remain subject to the entitlements and limits applicable to your account. Contact us about an order or billing dispute. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, remedy or other right that mandatory law gives you.

7. Privacy and service security

The Privacy Policy describes our handling of account, authentication and card information, including optional third-party connections, Alibaba Mail, and the location of Taqrio's servers and primary business data in the United States. Only submit personal information you are entitled to provide, and use the security and privacy request channels described there.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, probe other customers' data or use the platform for abusive automation. We may take proportionate protective action to address suspected abuse, a compromised account, a legal requirement or a material breach.

8. Suspension, closure and continuing links

We may restrict functions or suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users and the service, respond to legal requirements or apply an expired service entitlement. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent protective measures may be taken first. Contact contact@taqrio.cn to question a restriction or request review.

Merchants can close their account through Account and Security after the required email confirmation. Account closure ends access permanently. It removes or anonymizes account information as described in the Privacy Policy, but does not automatically release card ownership, disable cards or erase destination settings, fixed links and necessary history. Configured redirects can continue. Registering again with the same email does not recover management rights.

Before closing an account, make any needed changes to cards and destinations or contact support. Disconnecting a third-party login is different from closing the Taqrio account. Deletion of particular personal information can be requested separately under the Privacy Policy; applicable retention obligations and rights continue after termination.

9. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to operate and protect the service, but maintenance, software faults, network or hosting failures, security incidents and third-party changes may interrupt access or redirects. Any specific availability or support commitment must be expressly agreed. Keep copies of important business information and verify card destinations after changes.

Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law and any valid service agreement. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights, and do not make you responsible for losses caused by the operator's own unlawful conduct.

10. Changes, applicable law and disputes

We publish revised terms with their version on this page. For material changes affecting existing users, we will give appropriate notice through the service or account email and seek further agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or separately agreed commitments.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence or to the service concerned. Contact contact@taqrio.cn first to seek a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may bring it before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here prevents a complaint to a competent authority.

Chinese and English versions are provided for accessibility. They are intended to have the same meaning; contact us about any inconsistency. Mandatory rules on language, interpretation and enforceability prevail. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
