Purpose and responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that authorized users, card content, destinations, and business practices comply with applicable law and your service agreement.
Prohibited unlawful or harmful use
Do not use the service for fraud, deception, harassment, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, or content or destinations that facilitate harm or illegal activity.
Security and platform integrity
Do not probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, tenant boundaries, audit records, availability, or other platform safeguards. Do not introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access.
Messaging and impersonation
Do not use cards or destinations to impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, collect credentials deceptively, deliver unsolicited communications, or conceal the true destination of an interaction.
Fair use
Do not create excessive automated load, resell access without permission, or use resources in a way that materially degrades service for others. Documented limits and purchased entitlements still apply.
Enforcement
The operator may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, subject to the service agreement and applicable law.
Launch review
Enforcement contacts, appeal procedures, jurisdiction-specific restrictions, notice commitments, and operator details must be finalized and legally approved before production launch.
